汕头大学国际互联网研究院(International Institute for Internet,简称III),以互联网精神为本,以互联网创新模式汇聚全球和中国业界、学界和政府著名专家学者,力争成为全球互联网研究一流学术和智库高地,在战略研究、政策研究、产业与技术创新方面实现突破。五个一工程一个核心课题:《G20互联网发展报告》(G20 Inlernet Report,简称i20)从2016年开始,联合新加坡国立大学东亚所、中国科学院、上海社科院、清华大学新闻与传播学院、中山大学、中国与全球化智库等机构,每年推出G20国家互联网年度发展报告是汕头大学国际互联网研究院的核心品牌项目。
The International Institute for Internet (III) of Shantou University, with the spirit of the Internet as the foundation, brings together global and Chinese experts from industry, academia and government to innovate in the Internet and strive to become the top academic and think-tank place for global Internet research. Breakthroughs in strategic research, policy research, industry and technological innovation. Five Core Projects of a Project: G20 Inlernet Report (i20) Since 2016, the Joint Institute of East Asia, National University of Singapore, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, School of Journalism and Communication, Zhongshan Universities, universities in China and global think tanks. The annual G20 National Internet Annual Development Report is the core brand project of the International Internet Institute of Shantou University.
