本研究以快速跑教学为例,在正常教学环境下,采用芬兰Polar team2团队心率遥测仪对水平三小学生课前、中、后心率变化进行监控和评价,有利于了解快速跑教学中的心率变化规律,提高小学生体育课锻炼效果,促进青少年儿童的生长发育以及健康水平。主要结论:1快速跑教学中,五年级和六年级的心率变化差异不显著,男生和女生的心率变化差异也不明显;2快速跑教学运动强度适中,能够使学生达到一定的锻炼效果,取得较好的教学效果;3运动结束后恢复一分钟至三分钟,心率下降幅度较快;三分钟到五分钟心率变化幅度处于平缓状态至结束十分钟后,差异不显著,心率完全恢复正常。
Taking fast-paced teaching as an example, this study monitored and evaluated the changes of heart rate before, during and after the level three pupils using the Polar team2 team heart rate telemeter in the normal teaching environment, which is helpful to understand the change of heart rate Law, improve primary school PE class exercise effect, promote the growth and health of adolescent children and health.
