自 1999年以来作者应用重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子 (ｒｈＧ -ＣＳＦ)瑞血新治疗 39例化疗后白细胞减少和粒细胞缺乏的肿瘤患者 ,结果报道如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 所有病例均为本院住院病人。其中男 18例 ,女 2 1例 ,年龄 14～ 68岁 ,均经病理学及骨髓细胞形态学确诊。
The authors have used 39 patients with neutropenia and agranulocytosis after chemotherapy with recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) since 1999, the results of which are reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information All cases are hospitalized patients in our hospital. There were 18 males and 21 females aged from 14 to 68 years old, all confirmed by pathology and myeloid cell morphology.
