本文观察了DBc-AMP对培养鼠源胶质瘤细胞GAI的作用。结果与对照组相比较,经DBc-AMP作用后,GFAP染色阳性细胞比例数升高,细胞的增殖速度受到抑制,形态由原来的纺锤形变为多极型、且突起变得细长。本研究进一步证明了DBc-AMP具有促进胶质瘤细胞分化的作用。
This article observed the DBc-AMP cultured mouse glioma cell GAI role. Results Compared with the control group, the ratio of GFAP-positive cells was increased after DBc-AMP treatment, and the proliferation rate of cells was inhibited. The morphology changed from spindle to multipole and the protrusions became slender. This study further demonstrated that DBc-AMP can promote the differentiation of glioma cells.
