板栗为我国古老的果树树种,素有“铁杆庄稼”、“木本粮食”之称。其果实,在世界栗属植物中是品质最佳,最受人们喜爱的食品饮但长期以来,由于大部分产区沿用实生繁殖,粗放管理,致使结果晚、产量低。为了总结我国板栗丰产技术经验,1983—1987年林业部组织有关科研单位,调查了板栗在不同产区的产量及丰产技术要点。现将有关问题分述于后。
Chestnut tree species for our ancient fruit, known as “hardcore crops”, “Woody food” said. Its fruit, the world’s chestnut plant is the best quality, most people love the food but for a long time, because most of the production areas continue to use the real breeding, extensive management, resulting in the results of late, low yield. In order to summarize the technical experience of high yield Chinese chestnut, 1983-1987, the Ministry of Forestry organized relevant scientific research units to investigate the key points of yield and high yield of chestnut in different producing areas. Now the relevant issues are described below.
