目的 :探讨食管运动功能尤其是上食管括约肌 (UES)运动功能与癔球症的关系。方法 :采用PolygrafHRTM食管测压系统对2 2例癔球症患者进行食管运动功能测定 ,2 5例健康志愿者作为对照组。结果 :UES长度、静息压、松弛压、松弛率、食管体收缩压、下食管括约肌 (LES)长度及LES静息压 ,癔球症患者组 (3 .65± 0 .62cm ,43 .35± 7.96mmHg,0 .32± 0 .80mmHg ,1 0 0 % ,58.59± 1 5 .57mmHg,4.0 7± 0 .96cm ,2 6 .93± 3 .3mmHg)与正常对照组 (3 .52± 0 .71cm ,41 .83± 8.52mmHg,0 .35± 0 .89mmHg ,1 0 0 % ,56 .32± 1 3 .44mmHg,4.1 2± 0 .82cm ,2 8.56± 4 .5mmHg)比较均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :大多数癔球症患者的食管运动功能是正常的 ,UES功能状况可能与癔球症的发生无关
Objective: To investigate the relationship between esophageal motor function, especially upper esophageal sphincter (UES) motor function and globus pallidus. Methods: PolygrafHRTM esophageal manometry system was used to detect esophageal motility in 22 cases of globus. Fifteen healthy volunteers served as the control group. Results: The length of UES, resting pressure, relaxation pressure, relaxation rate, esophageal systolic pressure, lower esophageal sphincter (LES) length and resting resting pressure of LES were significantly higher in patients with globus pallidus (3.65 ± 0.62cm, 43.35 ± 7.96mmHg, 0.32 ± 0.80mmHg, 100%, 58.59 ± 15.557mmHg, 4.07 ± 0.96cm, 26.393 ± 3. .3mmHg) .71 cm, 41 .83 ± 8.52 mmHg, 0.35 ± 0.89 mmHg, 100%, 56.32 ± 13.44 mmHg, 4.1 2 ± 0.82 cm, 2 8.56 ± 4.5 mmHg) Differences (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Esophageal motor function is normal in most patients with obococcosis, and the functional status of UES may not be associated with the occurrence of globus pallidum
