介绍1种基于nRF905的高炉摄像头温度监测系统,系统选用DS18B20采集温度并传输给ATMEGA16L处理,然后利用SPI接口与nRF905无线发送模块通信,实现温度的无线传输。在接收端,对数据进行并行的2种处理方法,一是由ATMEGA16L经MAX232转化为串口数据发送给上位机以供集中监控使用;另一种方法是通过ATMEGA16L发送给液晶RT12864M实时显示,以进行便携式温度监控。主要优点是实现了多点温度的实时测量和显示。该系统用于高炉红外摄像监控系统中摄像头的温度监控,现场工作人员根据温度数据调节循环水的流速从而延长了摄像头的寿命。
This paper introduces a temperature monitoring system of blast furnace camera based on nRF905. The system chooses temperature of DS18B20 and transmits it to ATMEGA16L for processing. Then it uses the SPI interface to communicate with nRF905 wireless transmitting module to realize temperature wireless transmission. At the receiving end, the two parallel data processing methods, one by the ATMEGA16L MAX232 into serial data sent to the host computer for centralized monitoring use; another way is through the ATMEGA16L sent to the LCD RT12864M real-time display to carry out Portable temperature monitoring. The main advantage is the real-time measurement and display of multi-point temperatures. The system is used to monitor the temperature of the camera in the blast furnace infrared camera monitoring system. On-site staff adjust the circulating water flow rate according to the temperature data to prolong the life of the camera.
