“步步高式”吊篮加固砖烟囱

我厂锅炉房烟囱高33米,底部直径3.5米,每六层砖设有8加强筋一道,系69年建成,是我厂抗震加固项目之一。考虑到我厂具体条件,利用脚手架施工确实困难,既没有杉槁又没有架子工。因此在党委领导下我们确定了使用“步步高式”吊篮加固烟囱的施工方案(见图1)。八月初施工,八月底完成,全部任务共用了272个工日。现将加固及施工情况介绍如下: Our factory boiler room chimney is 33 meters high and the bottom diameter is 3.5 meters. Each six-story brick has 8 reinforced ribs. It was completed in 69 years and is one of the anti-seismic reinforcement projects in our factory. Taking into account the specific conditions of our plant, it is indeed difficult to use scaffolding construction. There is neither a cedar nor a shelf. Therefore, under the leadership of the party committee, we have determined the construction plan for using the “step-by-step type” basket to reinforce the chimney (see Figure 1). Construction began in early August and was completed by the end of August. All tasks shared 272 work days. The reinforcement and construction are introduced as follows:
