区域试验是多点的品种比较试验,目的是鉴定新选育良种的区域适应性,评选产量高、适应性强的优良品种。它既是决定所选品种命运的重要一关,也是新品种示范推广的重要环节。而如何提高试验的准确度和精确度,减少不必要的试验误差,则是搞好区域试验工作的关键。本人连续4年进行了水稻区域试验,在工作中遇到许多影响试验准确性的具体问题,现对几个主要问题及解决方法简述如下:
The regional experiment is a multi-point variety comparison experiment aimed at identifying the regional adaptability of newly-selected breeding varieties and selecting fine varieties with high yield and adaptability. It is not only important for determining the fate of the selected varieties, but also an important link in the demonstration and promotion of new varieties. How to improve the accuracy and precision of the test and reduce the unnecessary test error is the key to improve the regional experiment. I conducted the rice regional experiment for four consecutive years and encountered many specific problems that affect the accuracy of the test during my work.
