目的:探讨高职院校口腔医学技术专业学生职业道德教育现状调查及规正对策。方法:于2014年1月到2016年1月间,在某高职院校口腔医学技术专业90名学生作为研究对象,将学生随机分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=45),对所有学生进行职业道德教育现状调查,并根据调查结果,对研究组学生实施针对性职业道德教育教学改进,对比两组学生实施改进后职业道德水平状况。结果:当前高职院校口腔医学技术专业学生职业道德教育存在的问题有:1学生专业思想缺乏,对未来迷茫,缺乏上进心;2专业技能不足,学习兴趣不高;3自我规范、纪律意识不高;4缺乏劳动观念,吃苦精神缺乏。实施职业道德教育后研究组学生热爱义齿制作岗位、愿意从事本专业工作、应树立顾客至上理念、认真规划职业生涯四项指标均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:加强职业道德教育规正,及时根据学生实际状况进行针对性教育改进,能有效改善学生职业道德水平。
Objective: To probe into the status quo of professional ethics education for stomatology technical students in higher vocational colleges and countermeasures. Methods: From January 2014 to January 2016, 90 students from a vocational college of stomatology were enrolled in this study. Students were randomly divided into study group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45) ) To conduct a survey on the status quo of all students’ professional ethics education. According to the survey results, the teaching staff of the research group implemented targeted professional ethics education and teaching improvement, comparing the two groups of students to improve their professional ethics. Results: There are some problems in vocational ethics education for students majoring in oral medicine in higher vocational colleges at present: 1 lack of students’ professional thinking, confusion in the future and lack of motivation; 2 lack of professional skills and low interest in learning; 3 self-discipline and discipline awareness Not high; 4 lack of labor concepts, lack of hard-working spirit. After the implementation of the professional ethics education, the study group students love the denture production positions, are willing to engage in the professional work, should establish the concept of customer first, conscientiously plan four career indicators were significantly better than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: Strengthening professional ethics education regulation, timely and targeted education based on the actual situation of students to improve, can effectively improve students’ professional ethics.
