目的 :研究 Ki- 6 7、PCNA、nm 2 3基因表达与膀胱移行细胞癌分级、分期及复发的关系 ,对预后作出估计。方法 :膀胱移行细胞癌石蜡包埋标本 44例 ,正常对照标本 8例。采用免疫组化 SABC法 ,对标本切片进行染色。结果 :Ki- 6 7/ MIB- 1在 G1 、G2 、G3各级别间及 p Ta+p T1 、p T2 、p T3各期别间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PCNA蛋白在 G1 +G2 和 G3间 ,p Ta+p T1 和 p T2 +PT3间差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。二者表达强度与膀胱癌分级、分期呈正相关性。高表达组的病人 ,膀胱癌复发率高于低表达组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 nm2 3在低分化和高期别的肿瘤组织中有表达减少的趋势。复发组与未复发组比较 ,nm2 3表达无差异性。结论 :Ki- 6 7和 PCNA的表达可作为膀胱肿瘤预后估计的指标 ,Ki- 6 7可能会更精确 ;nm2 3可能是膀胱癌的抑癌基因
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between the expression of Ki- 6 7, PCNA, nm 2 3 and the grade, stage and recurrence of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and to estimate the prognosis. Methods: Forty-four cases of paraffin-embedded bladder transitional cell carcinoma and eight normal controls were included. Using immunohistochemical SABC method, the specimen sections were stained. Results: The expression of Ki- 6 7 / MIB-1 in G1, G2, G3 and p Ta + p T1, p T2 and p T3 stages was significantly different (P <0.05) Between G2 and G3, there was significant difference between pTa + pT1 and pT2 + PT3 (P <0.05). The expression intensity of the two and bladder cancer grade, stage was positively correlated. The high recurrence rate of bladder cancer patients was higher than that of the low expression group (P <0.05). nm2 3 in poorly differentiated and high-grade tumor tissue has a tendency to decrease. There was no difference in nm23 expression between recurrence group and non-recurrence group. Conclusions: The expression of Ki- 6 7 and PCNA may be used as an index to evaluate the prognosis of bladder tumor, Ki- 6 7 may be more accurate; nm 2 3 may be the tumor suppressor gene of bladder cancer
