金国五世皇帝金世宗完颜雍,在位29年(1161—1189)中励精图治,业绩显著,有金国“小尧舜”美誉。特别是他当政时的金国,正处于四方强邻的包围之际,南与南宋的赵氏王朝对峙,北同新崛起的鞑靼部族对抗,东与高丽王氏王朝为邻,西和西夏李氏王朝领地毗连。金世宗则能明智地洞观全局,审时度势,对周边四邻实施了有进攻、有对抗、有退让,甚至是忍让的安边保境策,确保领土不受损,国内又安定无动乱的大好局势,从而使金国各业有发展,金世宗治下的大定王朝呈现了诸多盛世景象。
Kim Jong Gong King Eunjong Wan Yan Yong, reign 29 years (1161-1189) in good governance, performance is remarkable, there is the Golden State “Xiaoyao Shun ” reputation.
