采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黑杨萎蔫叶片具诱虫活性的气味物质 ,用气相色谱 质谱联用技术分离和鉴定活性物质的化学成分 .经计算机谱库检索 ,发现其至少有 19种组分 ,从中鉴定出分属于醇类、醛类、酚类、酮类、酸类及杂环类的 16种化合物 .主要组分为 4号峰 ,其相对含量为 2 8 71% ,其次为 14号峰 ,其相对含量为 10 35 % .
The volatile compounds were extracted from the leaves of the black poplar wilt by steam distillation, and the chemical constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) .At least nineteen components 16 compounds identified as belonging to alcohols, aldehydes, phenols, ketones, acids and heterocycles were identified.The main component was No.4, its relative content was 28.1%, followed by No.14, The relative content of 1035%.
