【要点提示】权证作为一个金融衍生性商品,它带有自身独特的收益风险特征,权证到期存在行权风险。认购权证具有的是做多功能;认沽权证带来的是做空机制,它的价值完全依赖于对于标的证券走势的判断正确与否。当权证到期的时候处于价外,特别是严重价外,如行权的话,便会产生额外的损失。非法获取他人账号后买卖认沽权证导致他人财产损失的行为可构成故意毁坏财物罪。
