本文从游客体验的视角出发,以庐山风景区的智慧旅游建设为例,从智慧管理、智慧营销、智慧服务、智慧通讯四个方面入手,分析了庐山风景区智慧景区建设中存在的问题,并提出了相应的建设意见和对策。最后,本文指出,没有游客体验的智慧旅游景区仅仅只是技术上的智慧,以人为本,提供个性化服务、人性化管理才是智慧景区最根本的要素。
This paper, from the perspective of tourist experience, takes Lushan Mountain Scenic Area as an example, analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Lushan Mountain scenic area from four aspects: intelligence management, intelligent marketing, intelligent service and intelligent communication Put forward the corresponding construction opinions and countermeasures. Finally, this paper points out that the wisdom tourist attractions without tourist experience is only the technical wisdom, people-oriented, personalized service, humanity management is the most essential element of the wisdom of scenic spots.
