当利用废气所含潜热进行空气预热时,建议只预热“二次风”,以尽量提高其预热温度。为此“二次风”应与“一次风”分开送,即由两台风机送。我厂81年建成的(图2)所示的热处理炉已采用两台风机分别送一、二次风的方式。送风系统必须能够提供足够的风量和风压。有些单位的煤气炉需要对不同煤质具有较高的适应力,并要求具有提高加热速度和工作温度的可能性,尤需正确选定风机的风量风压。实际上,一些单位的煤气炉之所以升温速度慢或不易达到所要求的加热温度,其原因就在风机的能力过低或不必要地增加了送风系统的阻力,或两个问题都存在。
When using the latent heat contained in the exhaust air preheating, it is recommended to preheat the “secondary air” to maximize its preheating temperature. For this reason, “secondary air” should be separated from the “primary air” and sent by two fans. Our factory built in 81 years (Figure 2) shows the heat treatment furnace has been using two fans were sent to a secondary air way. Air supply system must be able to provide sufficient air volume and pressure. In some units, the gas stove needs to have higher adaptability to different coal types and requires the possibility of increasing the heating speed and the working temperature. In particular, it is necessary to correctly select the wind pressure of the wind turbine. In fact, the reason why some units of gas stoves are slow to heat up or difficult to reach the required heating temperature is that the blower capacity is too low or unnecessarily increases the resistance of the blower system, or both problems exist.
