当前涉外护理专业教育仍处于尝试与摸索阶段,与之相适应的系统、完整的评价体系尚未建立。针对该专业医护英语的职业性,其评价标准也应与公共英语有所不同,科学的评价体系能引导师生共同实现教学目标。根据学校的实际情况,尝试引入国际通行的护士执业资格考试体系和国内新近建立、日趋完善的医护英语水平考试,并在医护英语教学中侧重知识的专业性和应用能力的培养,注重过程性评价体系的构建。建立多元的学习评价标准,是解决涉外护理专业人才培养目标与实际效果不符的途径之一。
At present, foreign nursing major education is still in the stage of trial and exploration, and the system that is compatible with it has not yet been established. In view of the occupational nature of the professional medical English, the evaluation criteria should be different from public English. The scientific evaluation system can guide teachers and students to achieve the teaching goal together. According to the actual situation of the school, we try to introduce the international examination system of nurse practitioners’ qualifications and the newly established and increasingly perfect medical English proficiency test in our country. We also focus on the training of professional and applied abilities of knowledge in medical English teaching, and pay attention to process evaluation System construction. Establishing a plurality of evaluation standards for learning is one of the ways to solve the problem that the objective of foreign nursing professionals training does not accord with the actual result.
