目的了解长沙县医疗机构消毒灭菌质量状况,分析存在的问题,以提高医源性感染控制水平。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》、《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15982-1995、《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》GB15981-1995,在2009-2010年对全县各级医疗机构的消毒质量进行检测。结果 2009-2010年样品总合格率分别为83.3%、91.6%;使用中消毒液和无菌器械保存液的合格率最高为100%,其次是压力蒸汽灭菌效果为91.7%,物体表面、空气、灭菌医疗用品、医护人员手的合格率依次为89.5%、85.9%、84.6%、80.9%;县级医疗机构总合格率为95.4%、乡镇医院为81.3%、个体诊所和村卫生室为71.7%、私立医院为94.2%。结论长沙县医疗机构消毒效果呈上升趋势,今后仍需加强对物体表面、空气、灭菌医疗用品、医护人员手的消毒监测工作,重点是乡镇卫生院,特别是个体诊所和村卫生室的消毒质量更应加强监督管理、技术知识培训,医院自身要健全消毒工作制度,加强消毒措施的硬件建设和人员培训,共同提高医院感染的控制能力。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Changsha and to analyze the existing problems in order to improve the control of iatrogenic infection. Methods According to “Disinfection Technical Code” of the Ministry of Health, “Hospital Disinfection Health Standard” GB15982-1995, “Methods and Criteria for Disinfection and Sterilization Effectiveness” GB15981-1995, disinfection of medical institutions at all levels in 2009-2010 Quality testing. Results The overall pass rates of samples from 2009 to 2010 were 83.3% and 91.6%, respectively. The highest pass rate of disinfectant and sterilized equipment was 100%, followed by steam sterilization at 91.7%. The surface, air , Sterilization medical supplies, the passing rate of medical staff were 89.5%, 85.9%, 84.6% and 80.9% respectively. The total qualified rate of county-level medical institutions was 95.4% and that of township hospitals was 81.3%. The individual clinics and village clinics were 71.7% in private hospitals and 94.2% in private hospitals. Conclusion The disinfection effect of medical institutions in Changsha County is on the rise. In the future, it is still necessary to strengthen the disinfection monitoring of the hand, body surface, air, sterile medical supplies and medical personnel, with emphasis on the disinfection of township hospitals, especially individual clinics and village clinics The quality should be strengthened supervision and management, training of technical knowledge, the hospital itself to improve the disinfection work system, strengthen the hardware construction and training of disinfection measures to jointly improve the control of hospital infection.
