介绍了铁谱技术在东方红(3)型机车柴油机状态监测中的应用情况。文中绘制了该型机车柴油机油中磨粒浓度随走行公里的变化曲线,提出了适合于该型机车柴油机状态监测的基本评判指标值和正常磨损、异常磨损时磨损磨粒的分析方法。证明了铁谱技术是监测东方红(3)型机车柴油机状态有效、可靠的先进手段。同时也对监测过程中存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。
The application of ferrography in the condition monitoring of Dongfanghong (3) locomotive diesel engine is introduced. The curve of the abrasive concentration in the diesel locomotive oil with the kilometer traveled is plotted in this paper. The basic judging index value suitable for the condition monitoring of the locomotive diesel locomotive and the analysis method of the wear debris in normal wear and abnormal wear are put forward. It proves that ferrography is an effective and reliable method to monitor the status of Dongfanghong (3) locomotive diesel engine. At the same time, some corresponding improvement measures are also put forward for the problems existing in the monitoring process.
