有机磷中毒除因误服误用外还有被有机磷污染的食物所致中毒,也有相当多的病例企图自杀而服有机磷农药,一般药量大,浓度高,抢救时医生对眼部除注意病人的瞳孔改变外,其它检查常因患者病情危急或不能配合而作罢。为了解有机磷中毒对眼部的损害,笔者将本院近三年抢救的有机磷农药中毒患者,择其地址较详者59例发信邀请,来院检查者17例,其结果报告如下。
