35例各型白血病患者骨髓原代细胞,作RA、TPA诱导分化前后细胞蛋白质SDS-PAGE分析,结果发现,除了少数几种蛋白质外,白血病细胞蛋白质的成分和含量在14.85~181.2ku分子量范围内存在不均一变化。对1例M4型白血病细胞诱导分化前后的微量蛋白质双向电泳分析,发现这些蛋白质的变化都偏于pH的酸性侧。
In 35 cases of leukemia patients, primary bone marrow cells were used for SDS-PAGE analysis of protein before and after differentiation of RA and TPA. The results showed that except for a few proteins, the protein content and composition of leukemia cells ranged from 14.85 to 181.2 ku. There is a non-uniform variation in the molecular weight range. Two-dimensional electrophoresis analysis of microproteins before and after induction of differentiation of a M4 leukemia cell revealed that the changes of these proteins were all on the acidic side of pH.
