目的探讨两种中药方剂对MRL/lpr狼疮小鼠血浆中的B淋巴细胞刺激因子(Blys)、IL-10的影响,为中药及中西医结合治疗红斑狼疮提供实验和理论基础。方法将34只MRL/lpr狼疮小鼠随机分为6组。A组:中药方1组(清热凉血、祛风除湿方);B组:中药方2组(养阴清热活血、滋补肝肾方);C组:泼尼松组;D组:中药方1加泼尼松组;E组:中药方2加泼尼松组;F组:空白对照组。ELISA法测小鼠血浆中Blys、IL-10的含量。结果各药物组治疗后的Blys水平均显著低于F组(P<0.01)。D、E组的Blys水平与A、B、C组、激素组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A、B组与F组比较,IL-10水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。D、E组IL-10水平与F组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)、与C组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药方剂与糖皮质激素均对MRL/lpr狼疮小鼠有治疗作用,中西医综合治疗疗效优于单纯使用中药或糖皮质激素,能显著降低Blys水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of two traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions on the B lymphocyte stimulating factor (Blys) and IL-10 in the plasma of MRL / lpr lupus mice and to provide experimental and theoretical basis for the treatment of lupus erythematosus with traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Thirty-four MRL / lpr lupus mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. Group A: Chinese medicine group 1 (clearing heat, expelling wind and dehumidification side); Group B: Chinese medicine group 2 (Yin Yin heat heat, nourishing liver and kidney); C group: prednisone group D: 1 plus prednisone group; E group: traditional Chinese medicine 2 plus prednisone group; F group: blank control group. ELISA assay of plasma Blys, IL-10 content. Results The levels of Blys in each group were significantly lower than those in group F (P <0.01). The levels of Blys in groups D and E were significantly different from those in groups A, B, C and hormones (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in IL-10 levels between groups A and B and group F (P> 0.05). The levels of IL-10 in group D and group E were significantly different from those in group F (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between group D and group E (P> 0.05). Conclusion Both Chinese herbal prescriptions and glucocorticoids have the therapeutic effect on MRL / lpr lupus mice. The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine or glucocorticoid alone, and can significantly reduce the level of Blys.
