液压马达最低稳定转速是液压马达在额定负载下不产生“爬行”的转速或者说是液压马达产生“爬行”的临界工作转速。液压马达最低稳定转速是液压马达的一个重要的技术指标,因为它对工作机器的性能和寿命有直接影响。一机部标准和国家标准均已制定了液压马达最低稳定转速的试验项目和内容,但未明确其试验方法。本文对液压马达最低稳定转速试验系统进行了分析比较,例举一种带有变速装置的液压马达加载试验系统作为标准试验方法的一个提案。
The minimum steady speed of the hydraulic motor is that the hydraulic motor does not produce a “crawling” speed under the rated load or a critical working speed of the “crawling” hydraulic motor. The minimum steady speed of a hydraulic motor is an important technical indicator of a hydraulic motor as it has a direct impact on the performance and life of the working machine. A machine department standards and national standards have developed a hydraulic motor minimum steady speed test items and content, but not clear test methods. In this paper, the minimum steady speed test system of hydraulic motor is analyzed and compared. A proposal of a hydraulic motor load test system with speed change device is given as a standard test method.
