用呼吸强度和 ATP 含量法对常温+密封、0℃+密封、-18℃+密封三种保存条件下的10种牧草种子进行了活力测定。得出,用生理生化法检验牧草种子的活力,虽然迅速、准确,但每一方法并不适用于所有的种子,有些种子的活力变化对 ATP 含量敏感,有些种子的活力变化对呼吸强度敏感。并且,吸胀后呼吸强度较高的种子 ATP 含量并不一定高,反之亦然。因此,用呼吸强度或 ATP 含量法测定种子活力只能在种内进行比较。
The vigor of 10 species of forage seeds under three storage conditions: room temperature + seal, 0 ° C + seal and -18 ° C + seal was determined by using respiration intensity and ATP content. The results showed that the vigor of forage seeds tested by physiological and biochemical methods was rapid and accurate. However, each method was not suitable for all seeds. Some seeds ’vitality was sensitive to ATP content and some seeds’ vitality was sensitive to respiratory intensity. Also, the content of ATP in seeds with high respiration intensity after imbibition is not necessarily high, and vice versa. Therefore, the determination of seed vigor by respiration or ATP content can only be compared within species.
