Objective To explore the effect of joint training mode of hospitals and hospitals on pre-hospital emergency training for employees. Methods Three hundred employees were selected by stratified sampling, and questionnaires were used to investigate. Based on the results, the methods and time of first aid training were selected, and the theoretical knowledge and skill evaluation results were compared before and after the training. Results 95.67% of the employees participated in the training and 88.15% of the employees participated in the post-training operation test. The average scores of first aid basic knowledge before and after training increased from (8.41 ± 2.94) to (11.73 ± 2.04) points and the theoretical test scores were (14.26 ± 4.29) ) Points increased to (18.12 ± 4.77) points, the pass rate increased, with statistical significance (P <0.01); before and after training staff CPR, dressing, hemostasis, fixation, handling of operational skills have increased (P <0.01 ). Conclusions The joint training model between school and hospital obviously improves the staff’s first aid knowledge and first aid skills.
