某健身中心,大跨框架结构,屋面最大跨度46.2米,总建筑面积2.99万平方米,地上三层,地下一层,主体结构高度17.3米,体型复杂,不规则,包含预应力混凝土屋面、钢桁架屋面及网架屋面,桁架和网架与主体结构铰接。采用盈建科YJK软件进行多遇地震下、中震弹性作用下的计算,对结构进行中震弹性楼板应力分析及楼板温度应力分析,并采用PMSAP软件进行多遇地震下对比计算,通过软件分析后,采取针对性的措施,能够实现结构的预定性能目标,能保证结构良好的抗震性能。
