本实验采用光电比浊法对４９例接受同位素１３１Ｉ治疗甲亢患者进行非刺激性全唾液中溶菌酶含量测定，并和正常人对照组比较。结果显示，甲亢病人组唾液溶菌酶含量；治疗前与对照组比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；治疗后第一天溶菌酶含量下降（０．０２５＜Ｐ＜０．０５）；治疗后三天明显下降（Ｐ＜０．００１）；治疗第七天回升，其溶菌酶含量与治疗前无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示在１３１Ｉ治疗甲亢过程中可能会出现早期因溶菌酶含量下降而带来非特异性免疫功能下降
In this study, 49 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism undergoing 131I treatment of hyperthyroidism were assayed for non-irritating total salivary lysozyme by photoelectric turbidimetry and compared with the normal control group.
