第一条　为规范房屋建筑工程和市政基础设施工程的竣工验收 ,保证工程质量 ,根据《中华人民共和国建筑法》和《建设工程质量管理条例》,制订本规定。第二条　凡在中华人民共和国境内新建、扩建、改建的各类房屋建筑工程和市政基础设施工程的竣工验收 (以下简称工程竣工验收 ) , Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in order to standardize the completion and acceptance of housing construction projects and municipal infrastructure projects and ensure the quality of construction projects. These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the “Construction Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Regulations on Quality Control of Construction Projects”.
