作为企业文化的重要组成,质量文化既是一种管理文化,又是一种组织文化。它在质量改进活动中潜移默化地影响员工思想,从而产生对企业质量目标、质量观念、质量行为规范的“认同感”。企业要做到向顾客提供高质量的产品,不仅要加强自身硬件的建设,更要建立起一种自上而下的企业质量文化。一、质量文化的作用1.导向作用。通过质量文化建设,可以对员工的自我目标加以有效引导,使其与企业所确定的目标相一致。良好企业文化环境的形成,能令员工在潜移默化中接受共同的价值观念、向共同目标努力。
