新形势下,加强党性修养是弘扬我党优良传统的必然要求,是应对各种复杂考验的现实课题,是提高党执政能力建设的基础工程;加强党性修养应在坚定共产主义理想信念、坚持全心全意为人民服务、切实加强道德修养和严格遵守党的纪律上下功夫;加强党性修养必须坚持理论与实践、政绩观与群众观,提高思想政治素质与业务能力,正人与正己相统一。
Under the new situation, strengthening party spirit cultivation is an inevitable requirement for carrying forward our party’s fine tradition, a realistic issue for coping with complicated tests and a basic project for improving the party’s ability to govern. Strengthening party spirit cultivation should be based on firm belief in the ideals of communism and in the same spirit of wholeheartedly We must work hard for serving the people, earnestly strengthening moral cultivation and strictly observing the party’s discipline. To strengthen party spirit cultivation, we must uphold the theory and practice, the concept of achievements and the concept of mass, improve the ideological and political qualities and professional ability, and ensure the integrity of both positive and negative persons.
