超级玉米品种的培育与高产栽培技术研发是当今作物领域研究的热点。在现有玉米杂交优势利用的基础上,从耐密植和综合抗性入手,以选育抗逆性强、耐密、配合力高、自身产量高的自交系为核心,创新性采用乌克兰新材料和孤雌生殖、小群体改良等育种新技术,历经10年,选育出了超级玉米新品种‘鲁单818’。系统阐述了‘鲁单818’选育的技术路线、过程及品种特性,探讨性分析了超级玉米品种的选育目标和方法。同时,在多年高产创建的基础上,总结提出了‘鲁单818’配套高产栽培技术,实现了优良品种与高产栽培技术的组装集成。
The cultivation of super corn varieties and the research and development of high-yielding cultivation techniques are the hot topics in crop research. Based on the advantages of existing maize hybrids, the inbred lines with strong resistance, strong tolerance, high combining ability and high self-yield were selected from the aspects of close tolerance and comprehensive resistance and innovative use of new Ukrainian Materials and parthenogenesis, small group improvement and other breeding new technologies, after 10 years, bred a new super-maize variety ’Ludan 818’. The technical route, process and variety characteristics of ’Ludan 818’ breeding were systematically expounded, and the breeding objectives and methods of super maize variety were discussed. At the same time, on the basis of many years of high yielding, the author put forward the “Ludan 818” supporting high-yielding cultivation technique and realized the assembly integration of high quality and high-yielding cultivation techniques.
