运用访问法、调查法等方法,以14所河北省普通高校为对象,对河北省普通高校瑜伽课程开展现状进行调查分析。结果显示,瑜伽课程开展普遍;但对瑜伽的项目认识存在误区,无统一教材,自定教学内容,评价指标不全面等方面问题。急需探索一条高校瑜伽教学改革之路,让学生能更系统更全面的从瑜伽中受益。让瑜伽在高校中生根发芽。
Using the methods of interview and investigation, this paper takes 14 colleges and universities in Hebei Province as an example to conduct an investigation and analysis of the status quo of yoga courses in colleges and universities in Hebei Province. The results show that yoga courses are generally carried out. However, the understanding of yoga items is misunderstood, there is no uniform teaching material, the content of self-made teaching, and the evaluation indexes are not comprehensive. There is an urgent need to explore a road to yoga reform in higher education so that students can benefit more from yoga in a more systematic and comprehensive manner. Let yoga take root in colleges and universities.
