本文针对当前成品油销售企业增收创效工作面临的形势,提出以“人员”、“增量”、“降费”为突破口,从人员、开源、节流等方面思考企业增收创效良策,实现激发员工热情、节约费用支出、提升销售业绩的增收创效目标,建立符合企业实际情况的增收创效管理体系。
