碳钢粉末包埋低温渗铝工艺的研究进展

在碳钢表面制备Fe-Al涂层,可有效提升碳钢的抗氧化性、耐腐蚀性和耐磨性等。目前,包埋低温渗铝在工业生产中应用广泛。介绍了粉末包埋渗铝的基本原理,分析了低温渗铝的机理。综述了渗铝配方和表面机械能助渗铝对低温渗铝的影响。同时,对碳钢粉末包埋低温渗铝的研究提出展望。 The preparation of Fe-Al coating on the surface of carbon steel can effectively improve the oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of carbon steel. At present, embedded cryogenic aluminizing is widely used in industrial production. The basic principle of powder aluminizing is introduced, and the mechanism of aluminizing at low temperature is analyzed. The effects of aluminizing recipe and mechanical surface energy on aluminizing were reviewed. At the same time, the prospect of the research on the low temperature aluminizing of carbon steel powder was proposed.
