目的分析甘肃省白银市食源性疾病暴发事件的流行特征,为制定食源性疾病暴发事件预防控制措施提供依据。方法回顾性描述分析2011─2015年白银市疾病预防控制机构报告的食源性疾病暴发事件。结果 2011─2015年白银市共报告食源性疾病暴发事件共28起,暴露人数1 047人,发病346人,无死亡病例,年均罹患率为33.05%;发生场所以家庭居首位,共11起、占39.29%,宾馆饭店、工地食堂和学校食堂也是易发场所;暴发时间有明显的季节性,以第二季度最多;已查明致病原因中微生物是主要因素,发生事件起数占总数的28.57%,罹患率为32.49%,其次为植物性和化学性因素造成。结论防控食源性疾病暴发事件应根据其发生规律、特点和致病原因等采取针对性的措施,加大对学校、工地等集体食堂和宾馆酒店、农村宴席等重点场所的监管力度,完善食源性疾病监测系统,针对重点人群开展宣传教育,形成政府主导、各部门配合、全民参与的综合防控体系。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne disease outbreaks in Baiyin, Gansu Province, and provide evidence for the prevention and control of outbreaks of foodborne diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis of the foodborne disease outbreaks reported by the Disease Control and Prevention agencies in Baiyin City from 2011 to 2015 was conducted.
