套筒灌浆料是装配式建筑钢筋与套筒连接的关键材料,为了满足冬季施工的要求,分别研制出操作时间较长的P-1型和强度较高的P-2型两种负温套筒灌浆料,并对其竖向膨胀率、抗折强度、抗压强度等主要性能进行了测试分析。研究表明,两种套筒灌浆料各项性能指标均符合JG/T 408—2013《钢筋连接用套筒灌浆料》的要求。
In order to meet the requirements of winter construction, the sleeve grouting material is the key material for the connection between the reinforcing steel and the sleeve of the assembled building. Two types of negative temperature sleeves (P-1 type and P-2 type) Tube grouting material, and its vertical expansion rate, flexural strength, compressive strength and other major performance tests were analyzed. The results show that the performance of the two sleeve grouting materials are in line with the requirements of JG / T 408-2013 “sleeve grouting material for reinforcement connection.”
