尿道外伤是工农业生产中,特别是在农村中比较常见的外伤性疾患,而且受伤者多系青壮年。虽然目前国内外对外伤性尿道球部狭窄的手术治疗以切除尿道狭窄疤痕施行端端吻合的意见比较一致。但对外伤性后尿道狭窄、由于解剖部位的特殊,因而在治疗上和手术操作方面尚存在一些问题,若处理不当则可造成患者终身的痛苦。就目前为止有关治疗外伤性后尿道狭窄的大量病案的报导还不多,处理方法也不大一致。我院泌尿外
