以苯乙烯为硬单体、丙烯酸丁酯为软单体,采用功能单体丙烯酸与软硬单体共混乳化滴加的半连续加料合成工艺,制备了高固含量的苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯水性共聚纳米乳液。利用粒度测定、红外光谱(FT-IR)和差示热量扫描(DSC)等仪器对乳液进行了表征。结果表明合成的水性乳液的综合性能较好。
Using styrene as a hard monomer and butyl acrylate as a soft monomer, a semi-continuous feed synthesis process of emulsifying and dripping the functional monomer acrylic acid with the soft and hard monomers was carried out to prepare a styrene-butylacrylate Water-based copolymer nanoemulsion. The emulsion was characterized by means of particle size analyzer, infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that the synthetic aqueous emulsion has better overall performance.
