CNC(数控系统)是指计算机根据数控加工程序控制刀具切削的几何轨迹和加工工艺参数,以加工出复杂形状的零件,并达到很高的加工精度。由于数控技术,特别是计算机技术的发展,数控系统软硬件越来越复杂,功能也更加完善。与此同时,对数控系统的操作变得更加复杂和困难,操作失误率也有所增加。CNC用户不得不花费很长时间培训操作人员。因此,CNC用户界面友好性已成为衡量其性能优劣及市场竞争力的一个重要指标。
CNC (numerical control system) refers to the computer according to the NC machining program to control the geometry of cutting tool path and processing parameters to process complex shapes of parts, and to achieve high machining accuracy. Due to the development of numerical control technology, especially computer technology, numerical control system software and hardware are more and more complicated and the functions are more perfect.
