本文分析了西部地区信息服务业的现状和存在的问题,提出了西部地区应借国家启动西部大开发的契机,优先发展信息服务业,制定一个长期的信息服务业发展的策略。
This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the information service industry in the western region and puts forward the opportunity for the western region to take the country as a starting point for the development of the western region. It gives priority to the development of the information service industry and formulates a long-term strategy for the development of the information service industry.
