脾脏的真性囊肿较罕见。早在1924年Fowler便注意到。1940年国外文献约共报告137例,到1958年增为190多例,1970年至1982年,英文报道的约共120例,此后亦有报道。国内报道甚少。

True spleen cysts are rare. As early as 1924, Fowler noticed. In 1940, a total of 137 foreign documents were reported, increasing to 190 in 1958. From 1970 to 1982, about 120 cases were reported in English and were reported thereafter. Domestic reports rarely. Now we encounter a report as follows:
