Early detection of lead toxicity, laboratory tests is quite important: With the improvement of working conditions, severe industrial lead poisoning has been eliminated, it is necessary to find more sensitive and specific indicators. In recent years, erythrocyte free protoporphyrin and zinc porphyrin have been included in the test items, but both are indicators of the metabolic disorder of porphyrin; and most of the reports are cross-sectional survey data on lead to other major target organs Such as the impact of the kidneys, especially ultrastructural changes seen little domestic. In this paper, rabbit experiments were conducted to study the dynamic changes of certain lead toxicity indexes and the pathological changes of the main target organs.
