目的:对难度等价性一致的一组双音节普通话言语测听词汇表(MSTM)的有效性进行分析,以期制定出基于此测试材料的听力正常人识别-强度函数曲线。方法:选取年龄为18~25岁具有大专以上学历,且以普通话作为日常交流方式的听力正常人35例,对5例受试者进行预试验,从而获得正式测试时所需的给声强度;对30例受试者进行正式的言语识别测试。采用9张(每张50词)双音节词汇表作为测试材料。使用SPSS11.0软件对结果进行分析。结果:双音节MSTM的言语识别率与给声强度间的函数关系为y=-200.9+13.4x-0.14x2,在26.4dBSPL给声强度处可获得50%的正确率。结论:该研究初步建立了基于9张具有难度等价性的双音节MSTM的听力正常人识别-强度函数曲线,为临床应用提供了正常听力的鉴别标准。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the validity of a set of two-syllable Mandarin syllabary (MSTM) with the same degree of difficulty in order to develop a normal-person hearing-intensity curve based on this test material. Methods: A total of 35 healthy subjects with a college degree or above and mandarin as a routine communication method were enrolled in this study. Five subjects were pre-tested to obtain the required intensity for formal testing. Thirty subjects underwent formal speech recognition tests. Nine (50 words each) diathesis vocabularies were used as test materials. The results were analyzed using SPSS 11.0 software. Results: The speech recognition rate of the two-syllable MSTM is y = -200.9 + 13.4x-0.14x2 as a function of the sound intensity, and the accuracy of 50% can be obtained at 26.4 dB SPL. CONCLUSION: This study initially established a normal-person hearing-intensity-function curve based on nine disyllabic two-syllable MSTMs, which provided the normal hearing criteria for clinical application.
