目的:研究马齿苋的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧作用。方法:将马齿苋制备成不同提取物的试验样品。用二甲苯、巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察其抗炎作用;用醋酸扭体法和热板法观察其镇痛作用;用耐缺氧实验装置,观察小鼠缺氧存活时间和耗氧量的变化。结果:马齿苋水提取物、醇提物具有显著的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧作用。在相同和不同生药剂量下,马齿苋水提物作用较弱,马齿苋醇提物作用明显。结论:马齿苋水提取物、马齿苋醇提物具有一定的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧作用,其作用醇提物强于水提取物。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hypoxia-tolerant effects of purslane. Methods: The purslane was prepared as a test sample of different extracts. Anti-inflammatory effects were observed with mouse ear auricle swelling method by using xylene and croton oil. The analgesic effect was observed by acetic acid writhing method and hot plate method. The hypoxia-tolerant survival time and consumption Changes in oxygen levels. Results: Portulaca oleracea water extract and alcohol extract had significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hypoxia-tolerant effects. In the same and different doses of raw medicine, purslane water extract is weak, obvious effect of purslane alcohol extract. Conclusion: The purslane water extract and purslane alcohol extract have certain anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hypoxia-tolerant effects, and their effects on alcohol extract are stronger than those of water extract.
