First, the competency model and its role “competency”, English competency, some people have earlier translated it as “quality”, “competency”, “soft skills” and so on. Competency demonstrates the relationship between individual and job performance from the perspective of human quality and ability. It mainly reflects the potential deep-level capability characteristics of individuals, such as their social roles, self-concepts, traits and motivations.
