3 炉子结构和操作节能技术(提高η) 按炉膛热平衡式,炉子热效率η可表示为下式: η=(Q_烧+Q_空-Q_(废膛)-Q_(失膛))/Q_烧 (9)式中 Q_烧——供给炉子的燃料燃烧热; Q_空——预热空气和燃料的物理热; Q_(废膛)——出炉膛废气带走的热量; Q_(失膛)——炉膛的各项热损失。由式(9)可知,提高炉子热效率的基本途径是:①减少出炉膛废气带走的热量,使供入炉内的热量尽量多的遗留在炉膛内,以提高炉膛的燃料利用系数;②回收出炉膛废气带走的热量,使出炉膛废气余热尽可能多的返回到炉膛中
