我厂釜式焦化装置自1957年7月建成,试车投入生产以来,在生产技术上遇到了不少困难,第一个关键问题就是以玉门原油沥青为原料时,由于胶质含量高易于在釜底造成先期结焦,从而降低了釜的传热效率,使生产难于进行。具体表现在焦的生成十分困难,操作周期过长,釜受热损坏情况严重。这个问题虽然经过研究采用调合裂化渣油混合进料得到基本解决,但长期来焦化生产仍未能达到预期的要求,处理能力一直在130—150吨/日(混合原料渣油比为20—30%),块焦率为12—14%
