目的建立对生活饮用水中17种半挥发性有机物进行快速检测的方法。方法参照国家标准方法 GB/T 5750.9—2006,使用气相色谱仪/ECD检测器、毛细管柱将4种检测半挥发性有机物的国家标准方法同时应用于生活饮用水中17种半挥发性有机物的检测。仪器参数为进样口温度280℃;恒压20 psi;分流比15∶1;柱温160℃保持7 min,程序升温以12℃/min升至240℃保持8 min;检测器温度350℃。结果 17种半挥发性有机物的回收率为85%~98%,相对标准误差为1.7%~5.3%(n=6),最低检出浓度为0.000 1 mg/L。结论本方法具有快速、准确、节约能源、对环境污染小、技术含量高的特点,适用于突发水污染事件中半挥发性有机物的快速筛查测定,特别适用于生活饮用水质的检验分析。
Objective To establish a rapid detection method for 17 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds in drinking water. Methods According to the national standard method GB / T 5750.9-2006, four kinds of national standard methods for detecting semi-volatile organic compounds were simultaneously applied to the detection of 17 semi-volatile organic compounds in domestic drinking water by gas chromatography / ECD detector and capillary column . Instrument parameters for the inlet temperature 280 ℃; constant pressure 20 psi; split ratio 15: 1; column temperature 160 ℃ for 7 min, temperature programmed to 12 ℃ / min rose to 240 ℃ for 8 min; detector temperature 350 ℃. Results The recoveries of 17 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds ranged from 85% to 98%. The relative standard errors were 1.7% -5.3% (n = 6). The lowest detection limit was 0.0001 mg / L. Conclusion The method has the characteristics of fast, accurate, energy saving, low environmental pollution and high technical content, and is suitable for the rapid screening of semi-volatile organic compounds in sudden water pollution events. It is especially suitable for the test and analysis of drinking water quality .
