旋流式滚磨加工技术是适应于轴类、盘套类和齿轮等零件进行光整加工的新技术。本文在大量实验的基础上,分析研究了在滚磨加工中,影响金属去除量和零件表面粗糙度、表面硬度以及表面物理机械性能变化的几个主要因素。
Swirling barrels processing technology is adapted to shaft, plate and gear and other components for finishing the new technology. In this paper, based on a large number of experiments, the main factors affecting the removal of metal and the surface roughness of parts, the surface hardness and the change of physical and mechanical properties of the surface are analyzed and studied.
