金属零件表面的激光改性是本世纪70年代的一项新兴技术。本文是利用小功率(152W)CO_2激光器对 T10、T8、40CrMo、Co-Fe-V-Si-B 和 Fe-P-Si 合金进行表面的激光固态相变和熔化—凝固处理,它的微观结构有明显的变化,并大大地提高了金属的表面性能(如硬度、抗腐蚀性和耐磨性)。在表面熔化—凝固(即激光“上亮”)试验中,首次在 Fe-P-Si 合金中出现非晶态金属玻璃,表面硬度提高4~5倍。这些工作对进一步研究金属表面的激光改性有一定的意义。
Laser surface modification of metal parts is an emerging technology in the 1970s. In this paper, the laser solid state transformation and melt-solidification of T10, T8, 40CrMo, Co-Fe-V-Si-B and Fe-P-Si alloys were carried out by using a low power (152W) CO_2 laser. The microstructure There are obvious changes, and greatly improve the metal surface properties (such as hardness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance). Amorphous metallic glass appears in the Fe-P-Si alloy for the first time in surface melting-solidification (ie laser “on-light”) test with 4 to 5 times higher surface hardness. These works have certain significance to further study laser modification of metal surface.
